Formal declaration

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the activities of Monross Trailblazers Running Club involves physical exertion and carries a risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in any club events, runs, or related activities. By signing below, I agree to waive, release, and discharge Monross Trailblazers Running Club, its organisers, volunteers, and members from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of my participation, including any claims arising from negligence. I confirm that I am physically fit and able to participate in running activities and that I will not hold the club responsible for any health issues that may arise.
